All lived together without compartmentalized structures called buildings (Uno). There existed only one building – Obi Chukwu also known as God’s holy of holies. It was a four-sided building into which no being, creature or Spirit other than Chukwu was allowed entry.
Not even Chukwu’s wife,” Komosu”. From time to time, Chukwu would enter his Obi (Divine House) and
lock Himself in for some time and come out again. Nobody except himself knew what he was doing there and why he kept entry to it strictly out of bounds.
Chukwu, among other privileges, allowed all his creatures including men and women the use of the purest spiritual greetings “Om” for males, and, “Om” for females. These divine greetings are still used in far away India and Buddhist religions, “Om”, is known and used as a form of rhythmic meditation.
Out of curiosity, other creatures eventually convinced Komusu to open the door and peep into the Obi to see what Chukwu was working on. She did and a flaming gold? tongue of fire escaped and broke the monolithic world into segments and dimensions.

Komusu died as her Spiritual Self separated from the material, consequent upon the explosion. This known as “Odachi ka Odachi” – (the greatest of accidents/tragedies) caused by the gigantic explosion and breakage. Since then “ebe mmadų nwụlų”(where someone died) is still referred to as ebe odachi dalụ/melų” (where odachi has occurred or fallen).
Human beings and other Spirits, animals, etc., were not spared their material body (“Ogodo “/Cloth). The Original forcible separation of the material body, hence the soul and the spirit which was once united as one divided. Mmadų (human being) is made up of “Okų na mmili” (energy and water) – but in coming to this plane of existence, to which one is allowed seven or eight cycles of reincarnation before moving on to another plane of existence, which could be above or below according to one’s spiritual merit. One takes on the cloth/body-arų- that is applicable to that plane of existence.
